Does Planet42 assist Ride hailing operators (Uber/Bolt etc)?
No, unfortunately we do not.

What is the term of the contract?
Our standard contract is 24 months. No cancellations in the first 12 months. After 24 months you can either upgrade or downgrade based on your personal preferences.
What documents do I need to apply?
You'll need a valid South African ID, valid drivers license, proof of income and proof of address. You can upload these during the application or send them via WhatsApp or email.
What is the reservation fee?
A reservation fee is an upfront payment that secures your car and allows us to move your application forward.
Can I pay the reservation fee in installments?
Yes, our Pay in 3 option lets you spread the reservation fee across three equal payments at no extra cost.
How long does approval take?
Initial decisions are instant. Once all documents are submitted and verified, a final decision is typically available within 24–48 hours.
